Returns & Exchanges
The Rusty Spur Couture (RSC) wishes all of our customer’s complete satisfaction. We always stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We are sorry for any inconvenience that a return may cause. For this reason, we have made returns and exchanges very simple. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, simply return it with a receipt, tags, and in the same unworn condition as purchased, for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Without a receipt, receive an exchange valued at the current retail selling price. There will be no returns, only exchanges on Jewelry.
Management reserves the right to deny any return or exchange, and/or charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please let us know the reason for returning or exchanging the item by completing the return form provided and including it with your returned merchandise. You may specify your preference:
- Exchange the returned merchandise.
- Receive the amount of credit for the returned merchandise in the form of original payment. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested.
RSC reserves the right to refuse a return of any merchandise that RSC determines does not meet these requirements.

Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice and the return form with the item. RSC recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. RSC does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. Please note that RSC will not accept any packages that are sent C.O.D.
